The Sheriff is the ENFORCER….

The Sheriff must have superman qualities which include super hearing, His Job is to enforce the rules of the tournament, making sure NO Coach, Manager or Parents are breaking the rules, His Word is FINAL, his punishment is a fine, don’t argue, as this has a doubling effect.
